How to use a Sugargoo spreadsheet

1. Choose a product and save its details

Start with a category or the homepage picks. Open the matching product page and compare the pictured option, available measurements, included pieces and item price. When comparing two candidates, check that both prices cover the same quantity or set. A lower price for one component cannot be compared directly with the price of a complete set.

Save the original seller link, selected color, size and quantity with the image for that option. A note such as “green jacket, size M, one piece” gives you something concrete to check later. Keep the seller’s chart alongside it. For clothing, compare a garment you already wear; for accessories, compare dimensions and closures.

The product previews help you explore choices. Their USD estimates cover item prices, and inclusion does not confirm current availability or purchasing eligibility through Sugargoo. Ask about any missing information that would change your decision before committing to the product.

2. Open the original seller link in Sugargoo

Copy the seller’s product URL from the full product details and enter it in Sugargoo’s product search. The full catalog page is a discovery page; its URL does not replace the seller’s ordering link. Avoid copying a search result or a shortened sharing screen. Compare the loaded title and images with your saved record.

Recheck size, color and quantity in the purchasing form. A product page with several designs may load its default option rather than the one you saved. A screenshot helps you compare selections, but the options confirmed in the order form are what you need to review.

If the link fails, loads another item or leaves important options unclear, pause the request. Send support the product URL and describe whether the problem concerns loading, variation selection, price or submission. Keep the reply with that item record, and do not repeat a payment to fix a link problem. For a wholesale source, check the 1688 quantity tiers and seller terms. If you purchase directly from a seller and send the goods to the warehouse yourself, use parcel forwarding.

3. Review the purchase and first payment

Check the item cost, delivery within China and any selected services before paying. International shipping is a later parcel payment. Allow room for that second stage when choosing between products; a low item price does not establish the delivered total.

Confirm that the order matches the saved product and selected variation, then retain the order reference and payment record. For the green-jacket example, this is where you confirm the size and color you want the seller to supply. Follow the purchase-order status while the seller’s shipment travels to the warehouse.

4. Check your item at the warehouse

Wait for warehouse processing, then open your own order’s inspection photos. Compare the received color, size label, quantity and visible details with the selection you saved. Public photos of another buyer’s item are useful references, but they cannot replace checking the item attached to your order.

For the jacket, inspect the visible closures and construction and review any measurements you requested. If a photo is unclear or an option appears wrong, ask about that specific detail while the item is still stored. Resolve return questions before adding the item to an international parcel.

5. Prepare and pay for the international parcel

Choose the stored items you intend to send together and review the packing options for those contents. A bulky jacket with shoe boxes may need a different plan from a few T-shirts. Use actual packed weight and dimensions when available, and check which routes accept the destination and the complete set of contents.

Check the recipient, delivery address, contact information and declaration against the actual order. Review international shipping and selected service charges before paying. Keep unresolved items out of the parcel, and check the remaining storage deadlines if you are waiting for another order.

6. Track the parcel through delivery

Open the submitted parcel’s international tracking details. The seller-to-warehouse order reference and the international parcel reference describe different journeys. Keep the parcel number, route and latest event together when asking about movement.

Respond to delivery, pickup or customs requests using the instructions for your parcel. If an update is unclear, provide support with that reference and the last event instead of placing another order. The jacket example follows the sequence only; it does not promise a delivery time, price or eligibility for a specific product.
