Sugargoo QC photos & item inspection

Identify which photos you are looking at

A product image helps identify a product before purchase. Your warehouse QC photos show the item received for your order. Parcel photos show the packed shipment. Public reference images on a catalog page cannot replace photos of your own received item.

Compare the basic photos with your selected variation

Use the basic photo set to compare the chosen model, size label, color, quantity and visible condition. Available angles vary by product category.

For shoes, compare both shoes and the option label. For clothing, compare the front, back and relevant label or detail. These are practical visual checks; the photos do not establish fit, material performance or authenticity.

The inspection rules cover visible details such as style, quantity, color, size and model, alongside prohibited-item checks. Outer shipping packaging may be changed for storage, with exceptions for fragile, large or specially packaged products.

Keep the selected product and its options open beside your order record. Compare visible labels before judging appearance alone. If several similar items arrived, identify the correct order reference for each photo set; a clear picture of another size or color will not resolve a question about the item you intend to ship.

Understand what visual inspection cannot establish

A visual check does not establish real-world performance. Professional checks of electronics, including authenticity, functionality and quality, are outside the stated basic scope. If a product lacks meaningful product details, the warehouse may be unable to compare its style or options reliably.

Original-packaging inspection leaves the product unopened for photos, although prohibited or sensitive contents may require unpacking. With sealed goods, an exterior view cannot verify hidden contents. Ask about the inspection scope for the exact item before relying on that service.

Provide comparison details for forwarding and wholesale orders

Forwarding inspection uses the links, pictures and notes you provide. Missing information limits the comparison; without product details the check is mainly of external condition. Include the exact variation and quantity in the forwarding request when you need them checked.

A 1688 order can use sampling and carton information instead of examining every unit. Read the wholesale guide before interpreting warehouse completion as confirmation of every piece inside a bulk order.

Request a photo that answers one specific question

Use personalized photography when the normal set cannot answer a specific question. State the required area, angle or measurement clearly in the service remarks. For example, ask for the selected size label rather than a general request for “better QC”.

Review the current per-photo charge before paying.

The service is carried out after payment and when the item is in the packing center. Check its completion in the order before submitting a parcel. A request for a photo does not itself certify that the product meets a quality standard.

For a measurement, name the garment points, ask for the tape to be visible and explain whether you mean a flat width or a circumference. Use the method for comparing garment measurements to check it against clothes you wear. For a construction detail, identify the seam, fastening or label and the angle needed. Clear instructions make the result easier to interpret.

Correct an unusable photo through support

For a blurred or out-of-focus product image, contact online support and identify the affected photo. Ask support for a free reshoot to correct the unusable image. An extra detail angle is a different request from correcting an unusable image.

Read packed-parcel images for their own purpose

Check parcel images for the packed exterior and any recorded actual weight. The free parcel photo shows the packed parcel; the parcel-photo add-on includes packed and scale images. Do not infer internal product condition or volumetric billing from a photograph of a sealed parcel.

Resolve the item review before changing its packaging

Record the decision for each item: ready to ship, awaiting a specific image, or under an after-sales question. Review any unresolved return deadline before selecting box removal, tag removal or other irreversible changes. Keep a copy of the image and order message supporting your decision, particularly when the requested detail differs from the received item.
