Check the item countdown
Free item storage lasts 100 days from the order entering the packing center. Use the deadline shown for your actual order. If it expires without shipment or a purchased extension, the policy allows disposal.
Extend before the deadline
Use the item’s renewal control before expiry and check the paid extension. An extension adds 30 days per order, with a reference charge of CNY 8. Confirm the current fee, quantity and resulting deadline in your account.
Renewal is an item-storage service. A rehearsal parcel has a separate retention period, so use its own deadline rather than this item allowance.
Choose between waiting and shipping
Compare the remaining item deadlines with the arrival of your other orders. If one item is close to expiry, decide whether to renew it or send the eligible stored items. Keep a simple list of order references and deadlines beside your shortlist.
Track storage at item level
Make a warehouse list containing each item reference, arrival or storage-start date, displayed expiry and planned action. The oldest item may need attention before the newest item is ready. Do not use the date of your latest purchase as a single storage starting point for every item in the account.
Review the list when adding another purchase to a planned haul. Ask whether waiting for that purchase will leave enough time to inspect and pack the earlier items. A saved spreadsheet or calendar reminder can support the account countdown, but the item’s displayed warehouse record is what you should check before acting.
Compare renewal with shipping the ready items
If one item is holding up a parcel, compare the available storage extension with sending the ready group first. Include any additional parcel charge, extension charge and remaining review work in that comparison. A single larger haul is not automatically preferable if it requires repeated storage renewals or delays an item you need.
Check the scope of the extension before paying: which order or item it covers, how long it adds and when the revised expiry is shown. If several items are close to expiry, do not assume extending one has extended all of them. Confirm the resulting dates in the individual records.
Keep service completion separate from storage expiry
A requested photograph, return inquiry or packing instruction should not be assumed to pause storage unless the account conditions explicitly say so. Watch the countdown while those tasks are open. If a needed task is still pending close to expiry, ask support how to preserve the item while that particular issue is resolved.
Keep proof of a paid extension or submitted parcel and verify the account reflects the intended action. If payment appears successful but the countdown remains unchanged, ask about the mismatch with the item reference. Repeating the request without checking its status can create confusion about which service was applied.
Handle a near-expiry item before it becomes overdue
Open the item record and decide between an eligible shipment, renewal or another permitted action while time remains. Check that all prerequisites are complete, including outstanding payments and review decisions. An item close to expiry is a reason to prioritize a clear decision, not a reason to skip unresolved product or parcel questions.
If the record is already overdue or unavailable, contact support with the exact reference and relevant dates to ask what options remain. Do not assume an item can be recovered after a disposal process. Keep your storage plan current afterward, especially when several independent seller orders arrive on different days.
