Choose the process for the current order stage
An unpaid request can be cancelled directly. Once purchasing has begun, use the after-sales controls or contact support to check whether procurement or seller dispatch can still be stopped. A shipped item needs a different process from an unpaid request.
Identify the order and variation before contacting support. Explain whether you changed your mind or found a mismatch, and say what outcome you want: cancellation, return or clarification. Keep the request in the relevant order record so later messages, photos and the seller’s response can be read together.
Check eligibility while the item is in the warehouse
Eligible no-reason returns have an application window after warehousing. Check the actual warehouse timestamp and the deadline in your order. The seller must support the return and the item must meet the relevant condition requirements; a return window is not blanket permission to return every product.
Inspect the photos promptly and use the return deadline shown for the actual order. If a detail is unclear, ask for the relevant image before making a packing decision. A photo request does not itself extend a return window, so ask support about the deadline if the missing information affects your decision.
Keep boxes, tags and accessories until you decide
Custom items, certain second-hand or sealed goods, and products with seller restrictions may be excluded. Removing boxes, tags or accessories can make the item incomplete for return. Ask about eligibility before selecting irreversible packaging changes.
If rejected, read the stated reason and contact support with the order details. A negotiation with the seller does not guarantee acceptance.
Check for any packing services already selected. Shoebox removal, label cutting and similar changes can be irreversible. Keep the item in its received condition while an after-sales question is unresolved, and ask whether a scheduled service can be stopped before it is performed.
Describe the problem and review return deductions
Return delivery and other deductions depend on the reason and seller agreement. Describe a mismatch accurately and retain relevant order photos. Check the proposed refund breakdown before assuming the full initial payment will be returned.
For a wrong variation, compare the selected option with the visible size or model label. For visible damage, identify the affected area and photo. Send a specific description instead of a broad quality complaint. Review the agreed delivery costs and deductions, then retain the return reference until the refund is recorded.
Confirm the order refund in your account balance
After a cancellation or return is completed, the order refund is credited to the Sugargoo balance. The refund stage can depend on the seller receiving and processing a return. A balance refund is distinct from a withdrawal back to the original payment account.
Reconcile the amount with the original order payment and the accepted deductions. Check the refund record rather than treating a closed status as proof that the expected amount arrived. If the figures differ, ask for the breakdown before using the balance for another purchase.
Request a withdrawal against the original payment
In the account’s balance area, open withdrawal, choose the payment method and corresponding payment order, then review the available amount. Withdrawals return funds to the corresponding payment account. Read the request details and applicable fees before confirming.
Follow withdrawal processing and external settlement
A successful platform withdrawal status means the request was processed, rather than that your bank has credited the funds. Settlement timing and retained fees depend on the original payment channel. Check the channel-specific instructions and external account record.
If a withdrawal needs investigation, keep its reference, the original payment record and the platform processing time together. Ask support which stage is pending; a bank settlement delay and an unprocessed withdrawal are different issues.
Compare the withdrawal request with the external payment account statement, allowing for the channel’s stated settlement process. Keep the original currency and any shown fee in your records. If funds have not arrived, ask which side is still processing the transaction instead of starting another withdrawal for the same amount.
