Parcel forwarding

Use Sugargoo parcel forwarding

Register the incoming shipment

Use the forwarding entry to submit the correct tracking number and required item information. Read the inspection and service agreement shown before completing the request. The tracking number helps identify ownership; cash-on-delivery parcels are not accepted by the packing center.

Give the warehouse enough information

Include the original link, variation, quantity and useful images. Inspection comparisons are limited by those details. Without them, the warehouse cannot verify every part of what you expected from the sender.

Keep the sender involved in after-sales

For missing contents or seller after-sales, contact the sender or seller. Forwarding does not provide the same purchasing after-sales relationship as an agent-bought order, although assistance sending an item back may be available. Keep your seller payment and value records.

Avoid an unidentified warehouse arrival

Packages arriving without the corresponding forwarding request or completed logistics details have a separate 30-day storage allowance, after which disposal can occur. Register the incoming package promptly and resolve any identification issue with support.

Combine stored goods only when eligible

After warehousing, forwarded and agent-purchased items can be selected for a shared parcel if the route accepts the combination. Forwarding restrictions and packing requirements still apply.

Prepare the seller delivery and warehouse record together

Obtain the current receiving instructions from your account and give the seller the required details accurately. Keep the seller order number, item list and payment record. Confirm that the goods are eligible before arranging delivery. Forwarding starts with your own purchase relationship, so keep a way to contact the seller if the goods or domestic shipment need attention.

Register the incoming shipment using the required forwarding process and the actual domestic tracking number. Do not use a number from a different order or assume a seller’s marketplace order number serves as tracking. If the seller sends several packages, record which items are in each one. Clear matching information helps avoid an unidentified arrival at the warehouse.

Provide details that support a useful inspection

Include the expected variation, quantity and useful product images with the forwarding record. For a garment, identify size and color; for a set, list its components. Staff need a reference to compare the received goods with your expectation. A broad description such as clothes cannot establish whether three specific variations or a particular accessory arrived correctly.

Review the applicable forwarding inspection scope before relying on it. A sealed parcel or limited seller information can restrict what is observable. If you need a particular measurement or view, ask about the available service after the item is received. Warehouse photos can support your review, but they do not replace the after-sales agreement you have with the original seller.

Resolve an arrival that does not match your record

If tracking reports delivery but the warehouse record is missing, compare the receiving address, tracking number and registered forwarding details. Keep the carrier’s delivery information and contact support with those records. A domestic delivered scan and completed warehouse identification are separate stages. Ask what information is needed to match the parcel instead of opening unrelated duplicate records.

If contents are missing or wrong, compare the received photos with the seller order and contact the seller with specific evidence. Ask the warehouse what assistance is available under forwarding terms. Keep any return instructions, domestic return charge and deadline clear. Do not assume the agent-purchase refund process applies to goods you bought and sent independently.

Plan storage and international shipment after receipt

Check that each forwarded item is identified in your account and that its storage deadline is understood. Resolve missing details promptly rather than leaving an incoming package unregistered. Keep value records for later declaration and any relevant insured-service requirements. If an item cannot be shipped, discuss the available handling options before storage time becomes a separate problem.

When combining forwarded goods with other purchases, review the actual contents against route eligibility. Use item references to specify packaging preferences and keep unresolved returns out of the parcel. Confirm the final item list and measurements before paying international freight. Forwarding gets goods into the warehouse; it does not by itself settle their eligibility, packing plan or delivered cost.
